My journey has been shaped by growth, resilience, and a deep commitment to empowering others. I began in the military, where I developed strong leadership skills and a deep respect for adaptable, individualised support. In the corporate world, I gained valuable experience in team dynamics, trust building, and leading across cultures. As a global team leader in a multinational company, I navigated complex challenges and fostered environments where people could thrive through authenticity, collaboration, and continuous development.

Coaching has also shaped my own development, offering clarity, purpose, and practical tools for growth. I continue to work with my own coach, believing that personal evolution is key to serving others with integrity. These experiences led me to create Insight Growth, a platform dedicated to helping individuals and teams overcome challenges and achieve lasting success.
