You are not stuck because you lack effort.

Most of us are stuck because we are solving the wrong problem without realising it.

This is not about fixing what is broken. It is about helping you understand what matters, think more clearly, and move forward with greater alignment.

Coaching for individuals and leaders who want real change, not just good intentions.

You may recognise yourself here

Coaching is not only for moments of challenge.

It is also for people who are doing well, yet sense that something is not fully aligned, clear, or moving forward as it could.

  • You are performing well, but not progressing in the way you hoped

  • You receive feedback, but nothing seems to shift in a meaningful way

  • You are busy and responsible, but not fully clear on what truly matters most

  • You are leading, but not influencing as effectively as you want

  • You know you are capable of more, but are not yet clear what needs your attention

The issue is not your capability.

It is often perspective, alignment, and what remains unseen.

How coaching with me works

Coaching is not about giving quick answers. It is a structured conversation that helps you understand what is happening, make better decisions, and follow through on what matters.

1) See Clearly

We start by identifying what is actually happening: recurring patterns, assumptions, competing priorities, and areas that may be limiting progress

2) Reframe What Matters

We examine which perspectives, habits, or interpretations need to be reconsidered so the real issue becomes clearer and better decisions can be made

3) Act on What Matters

We translate insight into specific actions and commitments that are realistic, relevant, and aligned with your priorities

4) Build Consistency

We review what is working, refine what needs attention, and use accountability to support steadier follow-through over time

What coaching can support

Coaching can be useful when something important is at stake and you need clearer thinking, better judgement, or steadier follow-through than you are currently getting on your own.

  • Making better use of feedback that has not yet translated into changed behaviour

  • Clarifying direction when performance is strong but progress has plateaued

  • Leading under competing expectations from stakeholders, teams, or senior leaders

  • Moving from responsibility to greater influence and sounder judgement

  • Navigating transition, ambiguity, or broader scope without losing focus

  • Following through more steadily on what already matters to you

Coaching is not only for moments of difficulty. It is also for people who want to think more clearly, decide more soundly, and act with greater consistency when something important is at stake.

Jeremi Ong

(Optimism Noble Grateful) Coach and Founder

I coach individuals and leaders who want clearer thinking, sounder judgement, and a more grounded way of moving forward when something important is at stake.

My background in the military and in corporate environments has shaped how I coach today: practical, honest, and attentive to what is often missed beneath performance, responsibility, and change.

I do not coach by giving quick answers. I coach by helping people examine what is really happening, challenge what may be limiting progress, and follow through more steadily on what matters.

My coaching is particularly relevant for people navigating responsibility, transition, feedback, leadership, and the complexity that often comes with doing well while knowing something still needs clearer attention.

Start with a conversation

A first conversation is a chance to explore what matters, what may be getting in the way, and whether coaching together would be useful for your situation.

It is a low-pressure conversation focused on clarity, fit, and whether this is the right kind of support for what you are navigating. You do not need to arrive with everything figured out.

If the conversation is useful, we can discuss what working together may look like. If not, you will still leave with a clearer understanding of what may need your attention.
