3. Right to Terminate Coaching Engagement:
Insight Growth Coaching reserves the right to terminate a coaching engagement if, in our professional judgment, the coaching relationship is not conducive to achieving a positive outcome for the client. Such decisions will be made with transparency and only after discussing the concerns with the client and/ or with the client representative(s). In the event of termination, any unused prepaid fees will be refunded, subject to applicable deductions for sessions already conducted.
4. Intellectual Property:
Unless otherwise stated, Insight Growth and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Insight Growth. All intellectual property rights are reserved.
You may access this from Insight Growth for your personal use, subject to the restrictions set in these terms and conditions. You must not:
Copy, republish, or redistribute material from Insight Growth;
Sell, rent, or sub-license material from Insight Growth;
Reproduce, duplicate, or copy material for commercial purposes.
5. Client Responsibilities:
As a client, you agree to:
Actively participate in coaching sessions;
Be punctual for scheduled appointments;
Adhere to the agreed-upon goals and action plans;
Respect the confidentiality and boundaries of the coaching process.
6. Privacy Policy:
Your privacy is important to us. We collect, store, and use personal data in compliance with applicable data protection regulations, including GDPR and PDPA. 7. Confidentiality:

8. Payment and Cancellation Policy:
Payments for coaching services must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed upon.
Refunds will be issued at the discretion of Insight Growth based on specific circumstances.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur charges unless due to unforeseen medical reasons or emergencies, which must be communicated as soon as reasonably possible. In such cases, supporting documentation (e.g., a medical certificate) may be required at the discretion of Insight Growth.
Any specific or special cancellation policy agreed upon between Insight Growth and the client will take precedence and be added to this general cancellation policy. Clients will be notified of such terms in writing at the time of service agreement or policy update.
9. Limitation of Liability for Services:
Insight Growth shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or coaching services. Coaching outcomes depend on the client’s engagement and commitment, and Insight Growth does not guarantee specific results.
10. Comments and User-Generated Content:
Parts of this website may allow users to post and exchange opinions and information. Insight Growth does not filter, edit, publish, or review Comments before their appearance. Comments reflect the views of the person who posts them.
Insight Growth reserves the right to monitor and remove Comments deemed inappropriate, offensive, or in breach of these terms. By posting Comments, you grant Insight Growth a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and edit them.
